Konoha x Reader [OneShot!]

It was a hot day and the sun was burning against the cement. It was mid-noon and people were buzzing down the street that was relatively close to the Dan’s hideout.

“It’s so hot out here.” You complain as you walk down the street, fighting against the crowd. Back at the base wasn’t any better, since the air conditioning had broke in most of the rooms and had to be repaired. Repairing would take a while since the Dan would try to fix it themselves, so you decided to give them some space and roam around in the shops.

“(Name) what are you doing here?” A soft voice came from behind you, it was Konoha.
“Ah, Konoha! I was just looking around the shops.” You replied happily. You always liked being near Konoha, for some reason you always felt so happy around him.
“Can I come with you?” Konoha asked.
“Sure! I don’t see why not.” You said, grabbing his hand and dragging him to one of the shops.

You were looking around in the shop. You weren’t going to buy anything, but you were mainly there for the cool air conditioning, so you would waste as much time as you could until it was evening when it would be cooler.
“Hey Konoha look at this!” You said, and spun around, although, Konoha wasn’t behind you like he was a minute ago.
“Konoha?” You asked, putting the item in your hands down. Where could he have gone off to?

You looked at your watch and it was 6:00p.m. ‘Wow, time does fly.’ You thought. None of the less I have to find where Konoha went off to.

You searched the entire store, but he wasn’t there, you decided to go back to the base and see if he went home already. You searched every room, still no Konoha.

“Seriously? Where could he have gone to?” You mumble to yourself as you leave the hideout. Everyone else was too focused bickering at each other that they didn’t notice you as proceeded your search.
Bad thoughts started to spill into your head. What if something had happened to him? He is pretty strong, so I bet he would be able to take care of himself, but still…

It was getting dark. The street lights were turned on and if you got close enough to them, you could see all of the dust particles floating around in the air. There was a nearby snack shop that you decided to get a quick drink from, to replenish your energy and resume the search.

When you went inside, you grabbed a (favorite drink) and then payed for it at the cashier. Not long after you payed, a loud crash was heard.

“W-what the!” You exclaimed.
“Don’t move if you value your life!” One of the men in black said, you were now caught in a robbery.
You hands were tied around your back and so were all of the other people who were now hostages as you were.
‘I can’t use my eye power now since there are a lot of people nearby. Man this sucks.’ You thought as you tried to break yourself free from the ropes bounded your wrists together.

“You are all bad people.” A voice called.
“Which one of you said that!” One of the men yelled out, angrily. Someone jumped and was fighting out all of the men that had made you all hostages. You smiled.

“Konoha!”
“Lets go.” He said as he untied you're the rope and took you out of the store.

“You idiot!” You yelled at him. He tilted his head, looking at you with an innocent face.
“Don’t just wander off on your own! What if something happened to you! I was looking for you this entire time!” You had tears at the edges of your eyes. You wanted to be mad at him, but you just couldn’t do it. You couldn’t be mad at him.

“Sorry.” Was all he said as he wiped the tears away from your eyes. You looked up at him.
“Don’t scare me like that… I worry about you.” You said, calming down. His eyes widened and he hugged you.
“Thats..” He began.
“Thats what?” You asked.
“Thats the first time that someone ever cared about me.” He replied. You looked up at him again.
“I’m pretty sure someone had cared for you before. You just don’t remember it because of your amnesia.” You said.
“You’re special to me.” Was all that he said. He wasn’t the talkative type, but every word he said, had a deep meaning.
“You’re special to me too ya know.” You reply. He just smiled.

You made sure to hold onto his hand tightly so he wouldn’t run off again.
“I’m not going anywhere.” Konoha said.
“Just being safe than sorry.” You replied back, smiling at him. He smiled back and then the two of you went back to the base hand in hand.
